CANCELLATION POLICY
When payment is made in full :-
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
Bookings are non transferable unless under exceptional circumstances
We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
WHEN A DEPOSIT IS TAKEN:-
**Please note that at time of booking dates, whether it be full payment upfront, or the £50 deposit. The £50 is non refundable in all bookings**
**For dates booked with the £50 non refundable deposit, the balance will then be due 14 days before arrival. If booking is cancelled up to the 14 days before arrival, balance will still need to be paid.**
VISITORS :-
****No extra guests allowed on site, strictly for paying guests only please****
If you arrive with more than 4 people you will be asked to leave and no refund given.

LIABILITY
The owners accept no liability for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of guests personal property within the pods.
